This two-floor three-guestroom villa is a wonderful retreat with a large private pool, a secluded outdoor area with barbeque setup and sunbathing terrace surrounded by lush olive groves and vineyards and a private parking area. The inviting outdoor spaces and gardens, in combination with the villa’s stylish interior, exceptionally decorated with select materials and 5-star luxury resort amenities, create the ideal backdrop for an unforgettable vacation.
Upstairs there are two independent bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, and with beautiful sea & mountain views. The master bedroom comes with a double bed and the second bedroom with 2 single beds (can also be put together for a queen size bed). The large balcony offers unobstructed panoramic views across the Ionian Sea, the island of Zante and the beautiful sunset behind St George’s castle.
The ground floor has a large open plan lounge area through to a dining area, and a kitchen fitted to the very highest standards. There is a large bathroom with washing machine and a bedroom with queen size bed on the main floor.
Outside there is a beautiful crystal-clear swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas where you can relax, enjoy the sun and the beautiful surroundings. The BBQ facilities next to a large dining table area and the comfortable sitting-lounge space under the shade of a pergola are ideal for al-fresco dining or simply relaxing and enjoying the sunset.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Non-Refundable Rate: This type of booking requires payment for the entirety of the reservation at the time of booking and is non-refundable

Refundable Rate:

In order to secure your booking a deposit of 30% will be required at the time of booking. Full amount to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival

Your cancellation or alteration request must be made in writing and will only be effective when received by us. Cancellation policy is as below.

• Up to 90 days prior to departure: 100% refund of total booking price
• 89-60 days prior to departure: 70% refund of total booking price
• 59-30 days prior to departure: 40% refund of total booking price
• Less than 30 days prior to departure: 0% refund of total booking price

When booking is made for a date within 6 weeks time, then full payment must be made at the time of booking.

0.50€ daily accommodation tax

EXTRA PERSONS & CHILDREN POLICY

Pangea villas can accommodate UP TO 2 EXTRA PERSONS EACH for the following charges:

• Children below the age of 4 and infants are free
• Children between the ages of 5 to 10 are 75€ per day
• 11 years old and above is 125€ per day
